Issue Encountered

When installing the application "Microsoft Office LTSC Professional Plus 2021" on Workspaces, I received the following error. Please explain the cause of the installation failure.

			
			Due to an internal server error, the application installation failed.

		

Root Cause

The internal modules required for application installation are downloaded through AWS's management network. However, it appears that the actual installation and license activation of each application is carried out using the standard online installation method. As a result, internet access from the user's network is required, and the error likely occurred because this access was restricted.

Solution

Please check if there are settings blocking communication from the user network or confirm that internet access is available, and then try reinstalling to see if the issue is resolved.
