Hello to everybody! Hemanth from the Alliance Department here, and I'm excited to share you about my fantastic first day at the training camp. It was an enjoyable day full of laughing, new experiences, and wonderful fellowship, interesting activities and lovely surprises. Let's begin the adventure now!

Heading to Shinagawa Station:

We gathered at Shinagawa Station at the start of the day filled with expectation. We were prepared to start this exciting journey together after a quick round of introductions and catching up with familiar faces. All of us eat some delicious food near the station.

Bus Departure and Arrival at Umi Hotaru:

Our day 1 adventure officially began at 12:00 PM sharp when our bus departed from the predetermined spot. We had a lot of fun on the bus ride and exciting conversation with one of good colleagues sitting next to me as we traveled to Hotel Border, which is where we would be resting for some time and is situated at the border of Chiba and Tokyo prefectures.

Arrival at Hotel Mikazuki in Kamogawa:

We arrived at the Hotel Mikazuki in Kamogawa shortly after. We were led to the assembly hall, where we were in for a surprise, and the excitement increased. To our enjoyment, instead of a conventional rap fight, we had a fun twist where we made raps about ourselves. It was a special occasion that unleashed our imaginations and created a lively atmosphere for the day. A special shout-out to Sasaki-san, whose mind-blowing rap was just awesome.

Japanese Ryokan Experience and Breathtaking Scenery:

It was time to unwind in our rooms after the rap session. Being a guest at a Japanese ryokan for the first time was a pleasant experience. I was in awe of Japan's natural beauty since the breathtaking view from the hotel gave the entire experience an extra dash of charm.

Onsen Relaxation and Yukata Tradition:

The much-anticipated onsen experience made the evening's events stand out. It felt a little strange at first, but the relaxing bath took away any fears, and I was incredibly appreciative of the kind advisers. The novelty of experiencing traditional Japanese culture also increased as I put on a yukata for the first time.

Delicious Dinner and Social Gathering:

It was time for dinner, and I had worked up an appetite. The evening featured several culinary firsts, and every mouthful was delightful. The vibrant environment was evident from the subsequent social gathering. Creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere, our managers and supervisors personally poured beverages for everyone.

Fireworks and Game of Luck:

We enjoyed a stunning fireworks display as the night wore on. The organizer's efforts were much appreciated as the vivid colors lighted up the sky and added to the enchanted atmosphere. We played a game of chance related to the fireworks to heighten the excitement, and it was nice to see everyone having a good time.

Late-Night Bonding:

As the day came to an end, a large group of us gathered in a room for some late-night conversations. It was a genuinely happy encounter that included talking about Splatoon games, giving travel advice, and enjoying anime chats. Day 1 became even more special because of the hilarity and togetherness that were created throughout these times.

The Alliance Department training camp's first day was a complete blast. Everything about the day was exciting and full of shared laughing, from the moment we stepped foot in Shinagawa Station to the late-night bonding. Watch for my next post on day 2, where the adventure continues, on my blog.
