製造ビジネステクノロジー部にジョインしましたYuriです！
ずっと気持ちは若手枠だと思っていたのが気が付けば中堅枠。
転職エージェントのサイトにありそうな「このままでいいのか私！？」から始まった、しっくりくる場所探しの旅でした。
経歴
営業、営業事務、マーケティング、内部統制、社長秘書といろいろ経験してきました。
仕事の中で感じる違和感と戦う日々、「仕事なんてお金稼ぐ手段なんだから職場での生きがいとか楽しみとか見つけなくていいんだよ。」とパートナーから言われ、「でも楽しくたって、幸せだっていいじゃないか。一日の半数以上仕事してるんだし、仕事時間が苦痛なら人生苦痛じゃん」と思い、転職を決意。
ずっと食品業界で生きてきましたのでIT業界初めてです。心配は一旦置いておいて、なんとかなるだろ、やったれ精神でクラスメソッドのカルチャーに惹かれるがまま門をたたきました。
これから
新設部署にジョインさせていただいたので、いろいろ新しく仕組みを作ったり、シンプル化したり、イベントを運営したり、皆さんのお仕事がよりスムースになるように勉強しながら頑張ります！
趣味
浅く広く、いろんなことを食わず嫌いしないがモットーです。
好きな言葉は「あばたもえくぼ」。好きになれば欠点も好きになれる（本来の意味からちょっと違うけど）と思っています。
ゲーム、お酒、麻雀、ボードゲーム、読書、旅、
子育て中なのでアスレチックを子供と一緒に真剣に遊んだりしてます。

A Little About Me
I always felt like I was still one of the "young ones" at work — until I looked around and realized, wait, I'm actually mid-career now!
So began my journey of figuring out where I really belong — you know, that classic "Is this really the life I want?!" moment you always see plastered on job recruitment websites.
My Background
I've done a bit of everything — sales, sales admin, marketing, internal controls, and even executive secretary work.
For a long time, I couldn't shake the feeling that something just wasn't quite right at work. My partner once told me, "Work is just for making money, you know. You don't need to find meaning or fun in it." But honestly? I just couldn't buy that. I mean, we spend more than half of our day working — if that time makes you miserable, doesn't that kind of make life miserable too?
That's what pushed me to finally make the jump.
I've spent my whole career in the food industry, so IT is a totally new world for me. But instead of overthinking it, I thought — you know what, let's just go for it! Something about Classmethod's culture just clicked with me, and here I am!
What's Next
I've joined a brand new department, which means lots of exciting things to figure out — building new processes, simplifying the way things work, running events, and doing whatever I can to make life a little easier for everyone around me. Still learning every day, but I'm ready to give it my all!
Hobbies & Fun Stuff
My motto in life is to try a little bit of everything and never judge something before giving it a shot!
I love the Japanese saying "Abata mo ekubo" — kind of like "love is blind" — but to me it means that once you fall in love with something, even its flaws become part of the charm.
I'm a parent, but that doesn't slow me down! I'm into gaming, drinks, mahjong, board games, and outdoor obstacle courses — and when I play with my kids, I go all in. No holding back! 😄
