redash(re:dash)のアップグレードしてみた

こんにちは、コカコーラ大好きカジです。

redashのアップグレード（バージョンアップ）を実施しましたので手順についてご紹介します。

前提条件

以下のAMIで起動したEC2インスタンスのredashのアップグレード（バージョンアップ）です。 redash-2-0-0-b2990-ap-northeast-1 (ami-fde8199b)

2017年11月時の情報のため実施時には以下の参考元をご確認ください。

EC2のスナップショット取得

何かあっても良いようにスナップショットを取得しましよう。

スナップショットによるEC2インスタンスのバックアップとレストア

現在のバージョン確認

管理画面の以下の順にクリックしていくと確認できます。 現在は、2.0.0b2990ですね。 Redash-verup-01

redashのバージョンアップ

sshでログインし、以下のコマンドを実行します。

$ cd /opt/redash/current
$ sudo bin/upgrade

実際のログ

ubuntu@ip-10-xx-xx-xx:~$ cd /opt/redash/current
ubuntu@ip-10-xx-xx-xx:/opt/redash/current$ sudo bin/upgrade
Starting Redash upgrade:
Found version: 2.0.1
Current version: 2.0.0+b2990
* Before doing an upgrade, please make sure you have a backup.

実行後のバージョン確認

作業後は、2.0.1b3080になりました。 Redash-verup-03

簡単にバージョンアップできましたね。どなたかのお役に立てれば光栄です。

余談

re:dashは1.0.0以降はredash（コロン無し）のようです。 検索時にヒットしやすいよう表題には両方記載しています。
