Amazon Connect でコールセンターを運用予定です。 着信音に独自の音声ファイルを指定したいのですが、設定することはできますか。 設定できる場合は設定方法を教えてください。
どう対応すればいいの?
ringtoneUrlで音声ファイルを指定してください。
ringtoneUrlはカスタム CCP を利用時に指定できる着信音の設定値で、利用中のブラウザが対応している形式であれば任意の音声ファイルが指定できます。

2022年11月時点の仕様として、デフォルトの Amazon Connect CCP では着信音を変更できません。

組織がカスタム CCP を使用している場合は、着信音を変更できます。
