困っていること
S3 File Gateway を SMB クライアントで使用しています。Windows7 のクライアント PC にて S3 バケットとファイル共有を行ったところ、マウントコマンド実行時に以下のエラーよりできませんでした。 原因を教えてください。
システム エラー 86 が発生しました。どう対応すればいいの?
Windows7 は S3 File Gateway でサポートされている SMB クライアント OS です。
Supported SMB clients for File Gateway File Gateway supports the following Service Message Block (SMB) clients: ・Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 and later ・Windows desktop versions: 10, 8, and 7. ・Windows Terminal Server running on Windows Server 2008 and later
Note Server Message Block encryption requires clients that support SMB v3.x dialects.
一方で、SMB セキュリティ設定のセキュリティレベル選択において、"必須の暗号化" と "暗号化の適用" を選択の場合 Windows8 以降の SMB クライアントのみサポートしてます。
なお、2019 年 6 月 20 日以降にアクティブ化されたゲートウェイの場合、デフォルトのセキュリティ レベルは "暗号化の適用" です。
上記を踏まえ、ご自身の当該環境設定についてご確認ください。
また、サポート対象の OS を利用してファイル共有を行うなど併せてご検討ください。
・Mandatory encryption – If you choose this option, S3 File Gateway only allows connections from SMBv3 clients that use 256-bit AES encryption algorithms. 128-bit algorithms are not allowed. This option is recommended for environments that handle sensitive data. It works with SMB clients on Microsoft Windows 8, Windows Server 2012, or later.
・Enforce encryption – If you choose this option, S3 File Gateway only allows connections from SMBv3 clients that have encryption turned on. Both 256-bit and 128-bit algorithms are allowed. This option is recommended for environments that handle sensitive data. It works with SMB clients on Microsoft Windows 8, Windows Server 2012, or later.
・Enforce signing – If you choose this option, S3 File Gateway only allows connections from SMBv2 or SMBv3 clients that have signing turned on. This option works with SMB clients on Microsoft Windows Vista, Windows Server 2008, or later.
・Client negotiated – If you choose this option, requests are established based on what is negotiated by the client. This option is recommended when you want to maximize compatibility across different clients in your environment. Note For gateways activated before June 20, 2019, the default security level is Client negotiated. For gateways activated on June 20, 2019 and later, the default security level is Enforce encryption.
