Customized Icons for Alteryx Macro

Background
If you are frequently using different macros in Alteryx, it is better to assign an icon image to each of your macro. This way, you can classify or identify any macro just by looking at the icon image within the workflow.
This post will tell you how to assign a custom icon to your Alteryx macro.
How to...
From the Alteryx designer, you can open the “Interface Designer” as shown below.
If the current workflow does not include any Interface Tools then “Interface Designer” would be disabled.
When you open a macro in Alteryx Designer, then you can choose the “Properties”.
You can choose an icon from a list of “Standard icon”. Once assigned, this icon would be used for the macro, in order to change icon you would need to manually select new icon.
You can choose “Custom icon” and add your favorite image. Once assigned, this icon would be used for the macro, in order to change icon you would need to manually select new icon.
Finally if you select the “Help: “ checkbox, then a file path or hyperlink can be assigned to link the icon image. Whenever the target image is changed, then the macro icon will automatically get updated show the latest icon image.

It's useful to customize macro icons when a user have to deal with a lot of macros. By doing so, one can easily navigate and make the workflow more presentable.
