Hello, this is Usuda.

Is everyone keeping up with the latest AWS news? (greetings)

I've turned the materials from our internal AWS Trend Check Study Group into a blog post.

The AWS Trend Check Study Group is an internal study group held under the theme of "Let's catch up on the flood of daily AWS news and updates via blog posts, and all become trendy together."

On this blog site, DevelopersIO, all kinds of blog posts are published every day. Among them, I pick up what I personally find interesting — mainly AWS updates (plus some self-promotion of my own posts) — and briefly introduce them about once a month.

In August, we picked up 116 items. Still a lot as usual, but in addition to straightforward AI-related updates, there were also many updates making things like IAM and logs easier to use with AI.

By the way, if you just want to keep up with the latest AWS news, 週刊AWS is recommended, and for generative AI, AI with AWS is great, but reading DevelopersIO blogs gives you a different kind of knowledge, commentary, and fun compared to the official AWS blog, so I choose blogs as my way to catch up. There's also lots of interesting information beyond AWS!

Let's go!
